Since the inception of the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation, several alumni have elected to establish funds to benefit their respective undergraduate chapters.

Scholarships are awarded based on available income.

Named after Kenneth File, former Vice President for the Fraternity and current President of the Foundation. Established in 1996 to recognize individual efforts of excellence as well as superior academic achievement. Scholarship awarded annually at Division Conferences. Download Form in Word Doc

Established in 1996 to recognize the services of Kevin Johns and Ned Gustafson to the Fraternity. Scholarship awarded to Delts annually to recognize chapter leadership in addition to campus and civic involvement. Download Form in Word Doc

Beta Beta Scholarship Fund
Established by alumni members of Beta Beta Chapter at DePauw University. Seven scholarships granted annually to qualified undergraduate members of Beta Beta Chapter at DePauw University. These are based on academic achievement.
  • George E. Neal Fund - established by Wade L. Neal, Purdue '43, in memory of his father, George E. Neal, DePauw '12. Annual scholarship in the amount of $500 granted to an academically qualified undergraduate member of Beta Beta Chapter who demonstrates need.
  • Fred C. Tucker, Sr. Fund - established by Fred C. Tucker, Jr., DePauw '40, and Fred C. Tucker, III, DePauw '69, in memory of their father and grandfather, Fred C. Tucker, Sr., DePauw '08. Annual scholarship in the amount of $500 granted to an academically qualified undergraduate member of Beta Beta Chapter who participates in campus athletics.
Charles T. Boyd Scholarship Fund
Established by the C.T. Boyd Family in memory of their husband and father, Charles T. Boyd, North Carolina '21. Annual scholarships of up to $1,000 each given to Delts with the highest sophomore year GPA in each active undergraduate chapter in the States of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
Ty Bridges Excellence In Leadership Award
Award made to qualified members of the Beta Delta Chapter at the University of Georgia. This is an award to recognize the leadership achievements of a Delta Tau Delta brother who, by his superior abilities, has proven work commitments to his Chapter, to his Fraternity, to his community and to his university and has demonstrated the highest standards of excellence in leadership.
Dean William Tate Pledge Scholarship
Annual scholarship of up to $300 each to the top four initiates for the fall semester of Beta Delta Chapter at the University of Georgia.
Alan G. Emanuel Scholarship Fund
Established by the Emanuel Family in memory of their son and brother Alan G. Emanuel, Nebraska '88. Annual scholarship of up to $1,000, depending on available income, to a qualified junior or senior undergraduate member of Beta Tau Chapter enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering College at the University of Nebraska.
Gamma Pi Chapter Scholarship Fund
Scholarships are made to qualified undergraduate members of Gamma Pi Chapter at Iowa State University in various numbers and amounts each year.
The Fischbach Medical Foundation
Scholarships of $1,000 are made to qualified Delt students in their third or fourth year of medical school.
Bill Fraering Memorial Fund
Scholarships are awarded annually to qualified undergraduate members of Delt chapters in Louisiana. Dependent upon available income earned.
Geological and Petroleum Engineering Fund
Scholarship awarded annually to a qualified student enrolled in graduate school in the geological and petroleum engineering fields. Size of scholarship depends upon available income.
Epsilon Chapter Scholarship Fund
Four scholarships awarded annually to qualified undergraduate members of Epsilon Chapter at Albion College. Size of scholarship depends upon available income earned.
Forsinger Scholarship Fund
Scholarship awarded annually to a qualified junior or senior member of Beta Gamma Chapter at the University of Wisconsin. Scholarship amount depends upon available income earned.
Thomas J. Barron Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established in honor of the grantor’s father and mother, two educational scholarships to be known as the John and Maude Barron Scholarships, awarded each year to undergraduate active members of Delta Gamma Chapter of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and the University of South Dakota for study during the recipients junior or senior year.
Delta Alpha Scholarship Fund
Three scholarships granted annually to qualified members of Delta Alpha Chapter at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Elizabeth B. Hargon Memorial Scholarship in honor of Delta Alpha's housemother 1975-1983. Granted to a qualified member of the fall pledge class of Delta Alpha Chapter.
  • Mary Louise Blood Memorial Scholarship in honor of Delta Alpha's housemother 1988-1992. Granted to an academically qualified sophomore or junior member of Delta Alpha Chapter.
  • Patrick Scott Carmichael Scholarship awarded annually to qualified Delta Alpha graduates pursuing postgraduate degrees.
Beta Alpha Delt Scholars
Granted each semester to qualified undergraduate members of Beta Alpha chapter at Indiana University based on academic achievement.
John W. Galbreath Memorial Scholarship and Peter R. Peirce Memorial Scholarship
Granted annually to qualified undergraduate members of Beta Phi chapter at The Ohio State University.
Frank J. Ambrozic Scholarship
Awarded annually to a qualified undergraduate member of Delta Omega chapter at Kent State University.
Gamma Sigma Scholarship
Presidential and Treasury awards granted annually to qualified members of Gamma Sigma chapter and the University of Pittsburgh based on available income.
Eugene B. Hibbs Scholarship
Established by Eugene B. Hibbs, Gamma Tau, 1933. Annual scholarships awarded to qualified students at Gamma Tau chapter, University of Kansas, based on available income.
Gamma Xi Scholarship Fund
Established by alumni members of Gamma Xi chapter at the University of Cincinnati. Five named scholarships, six legacy awards and one memorial award granted annually to qualified members of Gamma Xi chapter at the University of Cincinnati.
Theta Epsilon Scholarships
Up to five scholarships awarded annually to qualified members of Theta Epsilon chapter at American University based on available income.
Delta Gamma Scholarships
Accreditation and Dean's List scholarships awarded each semester to qualified undergraduate members of Delta Gamma chapter at the University of South Dakota based on available income.
John H. Venable Scholarship
The John H. Venable Scholarship fund was established in 2004 by J. Joseph Taylor in honor of John H. Venable, 1951, former Division Vice President and active officer. Scholarship awarded to an undergraduate member of Delta Chi Chapter.
Ryan Pederson Memorial Scholarship
Established in 2008. Awarded to a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate member of Delta Epsilon Chapter who demonstrates leadership, friendship, and dependability in his involvement in chapter, campus, and community activities.
Rhesa M. Norris Scholarship
Presented to an undergraduate member of Gamma Eta Chapter who demonstrates moral character and good standing as well as value to the advancement of the Chapter and Fraternity.
Walter H. Anderson Memorial Scholarship
Established by Earl B. Fowler, Jr, 1946, in honor of his pledge brother. Three scholarships awarded to undergraduate members of Gamma Psi Chapter for highest initiate GPA, highest pledge GPA, and most improved GPA.
